Terms and Conditions of EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop”
These terms and conditions govern your use of EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” as a customer. By accessing or using the Webshop, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order or making a purchase.
Products
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” offers products that are not intended for human, animal, or other consumption. If you (unintentionally) consume these products, it could have serious medical consequences. Products include, but are not limited to, 6 CL ABDA, Bromazolam.
By purchasing products from EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop”, you acknowledge that these products are strictly intended for their designated purposes and agree to use them accordingly.
You understand and accept that the products sold by EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” may have various legal restrictions and may not be suitable for specific uses or jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
You have read the product information, understood this information and will act accordingly.
Age Restrictions
By using the Webshop and making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older to make such purchases.
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” reserves the right to request proof of age or identification to verify your eligibility to purchase products.
Accounts
It is mandatory to create an account on EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” to purchase products, contact support, and ask other questions.
Accounts must be verified.
Accounts are automatically deleted if they are inactive (no purchase made) for more than one year.
Unverified accounts will be deleted if they are not validated within one month.
Account deletion is permanent.
Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about the products, quantities, and other relevant details as requested by EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop”.
All prices shown on the Webshop are in euros and exclude taxes, shipping costs or handling charges, unless otherwise stated.
You agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and fees, as indicated during the checkout process.
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” reserves the right to change or cancel any order at any time, including due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If you jeopardize our business by posting inappropriate or unwanted comments on bank payments, your order will be canceled, your account blocked, and your money will not be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products to your specified address within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and other external factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” is not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses you provide.
Orders not delivered due to an error by EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” will be reshipped.
Orders not delivered due to incorrect information provided by the user will not be resent.
Orders not delivered due to force majeure will not be reshipped.
Orders returned because they were not collected from a collection point will not be re-shipped.
Orders that are not delivered because the customer has instructed the courier otherwise will not be reshipped.
We only ship to the countries specified in our shipping options list. Using a forwarding address to ship to other countries is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of your order.
Providing misleading details for your delivery will result in cancellation of your order.
We do not ship to forwarding addresses. If you do use a forwarding address, there is a chance your package will be canceled. If your package is lost at a forwarding address, we cannot help you.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold, EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” generally does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to request a solution.
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” reserves the right to evaluate each return or refund request on a case-by-case basis and determine appropriate actions.
We will not refund in case of intentional deception.
There is no reship policy for wholesale orders and no reships will be performed.
Products with a limited shelf life (3 months or less) or whose shelf life has expired within the 14-day reflection period (spoilage).
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content displayed on the Webshop, are owned by EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” or its licensors. You are not granted any right or license to use such intellectual property without the express written permission of EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop”.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Webshop or any products purchased through it.
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop”‘s liability for direct damages will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
Changes and Adjustments
EBS “Europe BioSpice Shop” reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
By using the TRRCSHOP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
