When you place and pay for an order, we always strive to ship it as quickly as possible! We strive to ship orders quickly, and we ship orders the same day payment is received. Depending on your payment and shipping method, it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped and delivered to you. Due to individual laws and regulations, certain restrictions apply. We do this to the best of our knowledge and belief, but each customer is obligated to check the legal status and conditions regarding each product and its processing.

Shipping processing time


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to ship or be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

General information


You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you want your order sent to a tracked collection point, please provide the address of the collection point in your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or postal services. Unfortunately, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Order cancellation is possible until we have notified the shipping company of the shipment. After that point, we cannot accept returns. Therefore, if a shipment could not be delivered, it will not be resubmitted, and the customer will not be refunded. Therefore, please be careful when entering your information on the order form and ensure your mailbox is marked correctly.
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package is damaged or broken, please do not accept it and report the incident to your postal service and to us.
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes that may apply to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
You can contact us if you haven’t received your tracked order within a day. Please also request a reshipment within 10 days. We cannot offer refunds; we always try to find the best solution for reshipping your order.
